Tips for others:

  • Have a training program and stick to it

  • Showing up for workouts is the hard part (long-term)

  • If you only exercise when you're motivated/feeling good, you won't get nearly as far as you'd like

  • Once you fit your workouts in your weekly routine, start introducing calorie & protein targets
